Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter).

Processing Fee for Returns

For returns and withdrawals, a processing fee of CHF 10.– will be charged. This will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping costs will not be refunded. You, as the customer, bear the costs for returning the goods.

Refund

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction – at the latest within 14 days of receipt of your withdrawal by us.
