Cleaning, Disinfection and Drying

In the first step, the receivers are swirled with the included cleaning solution. The accumulated earwax, which often impairs the function of the receivers, is softened and removed. After the "rinsing process", the hearing aids are irradiated with UV-C light to eliminate bacteria and possible pathogens. Subsequently, the entire technology, as is also known from conventional drying systems, is dried and completely dehumidified by warm air in combination with an impulse fan.
The hearing aids are then optimally ready for use again.

Optimal Care

The PerfectClean was specially developed for receiver-in-canal and in-the-ear hearing systems, thus closing the gap between regular drying stations and ultrasonic baths. With PerfectClean, hearing aids are always optimally cared for and ready for use – less service effort for acousticians and more satisfaction for the end customer.
